1473: coheir to his cousin, Elizabeth Scales, wife of Athony Wydeville, K.G., 2nd Earl Rovers; inherited the manors of Scales Hall (in Hockwold), Clenchwarton, Hickling, Ilslington, and Pudding-Norton, Norfolk, Scales (in Haslingfield), Cambridgeshire, Worlington, Suffolk, etc [Ref: Richardson RoyalAnc v5p222]

inherited Worlington manor 1484, as one of the heirs of Thomas, Lord Sales, being a descendant of Elizabeth (Scales) Felbrigg (AR:232-32s), and he was declared heir by inheritance through his great-grandmother Margaret (AR:232-33s1) to the Kingdom of Bohemia [Ref: Weis AR7 #232]

1473: on death of Elizabeth SCALES, Baroness SCALES, the Barony of Scales fell into abeyance, one of the representatives was Sir William Tyndall K.B., descended from one of the daughters of Robert 3rd Lord Scales [Ref: CP XI p507]
