1166: held Gessick and Almer in Dorset of the abbess of Shaftesbury (against the church), Sireton of de Mohun, and two fees of the honour of Chokes, at Wollaston and Strixton, Northamptonshire [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p615]

1172: he and his wife refounded the abbey of Bindon in Dorset, founded by her grandfather [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p615]

1172: refounded the abbey of Blindon, Dorset, which had originally been established by William de Glastonia [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p479, Sanders Baronies p72(11)]
