Apr 4 1870: in Deed A10-443, H B Beeker of Bowmansville, and J B Musselman, of Lancaster City, Assignees of John M Musselan and Mary his wife, of Bowmansville, to George Zeiley, of Brecknock Twp. Whereas John M Musselman, of Bowmansville, on March 4, 1869, conveyed his real estate to H. B. Beeker and Israel Musselman (Deed and Trust Book No 3 age 541). This Indenture witnesseth that H. B. Beeker and John J. Musselman, for $339.00 conveyed to George Zeiley, of Brecknock Township, all that certain tenement and lot of land in Bowmansville, containing 80 perches (1/2 acre)... subject to the payment of $339.00, and interest thereof to be paid annually to Nancy Musselman, widow of John Musselman, wheelwright, for and during her lifetime.
