In the name of God, amen. I Henry Mosser of Brecknock township Lancaster
County and State of Pennsylvania, yeoman, being sick and weak in body but of
sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, and considering the
uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my last will and
testament in manner and form following, to wit, First and principally I commit
my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it, and my body to the earth
to be decently interred at the discretion of my family. And after all my just
debts and funeral expenses are paid out of my estate, then all the rest
residue and remainder of my whole estate of whatever name and nature the same
be, I give devise and bequeath the same unto my beloved wife Lydia for and
during her natural life, or as long as she remains my widow. And after her
decease unto my only child or daughter Polly. And my will is that while my
said wife Lydia remains my widow she shall have the sole disposal and control
of my estate as to her may seem best and shall bring up and educate our said
daughter Polly to the best of her means, and power, in a Christian way and
manner according to her ability. But in case my said wife Lydia should marry
again, then it is my will that she shall as soon as convenient have the moiety
or half part of the whole of my estate then left (whether increased or
decreased under her management) and I give and bequeath the said moiety or
half part to her under such case, absolutely, and the other moiety or half
part of my state I give and bequeath unto my said daughter Polly. And lastly I
do nominate constitute and appoint my brother John Mosser and my brother in
law Isaac Weaver to be the executors of this my last will and testament.
Hereby revoking all former wills and testaments by me at any time made
heretofore, declaring this and none other to be my last will and testament. In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the third day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine. Henry

Signed sealed published and declared by Henry Mosser the above and within
named testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us,
who at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. John
Becker, John Renninger.
Lancaster County SS. On the 16th day of November anno domini 1829 Before me
the subscriber personally appeared John Becker and John Renninger the
subscribing witnesses to the preceding will who being duly affirmed according
to law did severally declare and say that they were present and saw and heard
Henry Mosser the testator therein named sign seal publish pronounce and
declare the same as and for his last will and testament, and that at the doing
thereof he was of sound and well disposing mind memory and understanding to
the best of their knowledge observation and belief. F. A. Muhlenberg, Regr.
Be it remembered that on the 16th day of November anno domini 1829 The last
will and testament of Henry Mosser deceased was proved in due form of law, and
letters testamentary thereon were granted to John Moser and Isaac Weaver the
executors therein named, they having been duly affirmed according to law well
and truly to administer the estate of the said deceased, especially to exhibit
a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office at Lancaster
within one month, render a just and true account of their executorship on said
estate in one year or when thereto lawfully required, and that they will
diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions
of the act of Assembly relating to collateral inheritances. Given under the
