Research Notes:
Sponsors at the baptism of Sarah were Samuel Oswalt and Emma Grunewalt. Rev. Zulich performed the baptism. There is no further information indicating that Sarah Johana lived beyond her first few years. Descendants in the line of her parents claim there were only 10 children however the church records at New Bethel "Eck" Church confirm her birth and baptism and the fact that she was the daughter of George & Catherine (nee Zettlemoyer) Hendricks.
