The John Hendricks home which is located at the intersection of the main street & 10th Street in Riverside, PA (across Susquehanna River from Danville, PA), was inspected during November 1986 by John S Hendricks, great grandson, and his wife, Nancy Joy Smith Hendricks. The premises were well maintained and appeared to have been recently re-sided with aluminum siding. [Ref: John Hendricks 12/14/1995]

The gravesite of John Hendricks & wife Martha A were also visited and it was noted that a relatively new (1986) common headstone had been erected in the very small Kase Cemetery for John and Martha. It was noted that the spelling of the surname was erroneously listed as "HENDRICK". Photographs were taken at time of visit. [Ref: John Hendricks 12/14/1995]

Church records at New Bethel indicate John was confirmed on 20 March 1870. [Ref: John Hendricks 12/14/1995]
