1142: witnessed the foundation charter of Revesby Abbey, a charter of Ranulph, Earl of Chester (1142-53), and a notification (1160-63) by Robert, Earl of Leicester, of his tenure at Knighton uder the Bishop of Lincoln. [Ref: CP IX p492]
