May 13 1728: sold 150 acres of the 500 acre property to Christian Stoneman

purchased 125 1/2 acres in Hempfield, 300 acres in Warwick, 500 acres in
Page Co VA, 455 acres in Rapho Twp, and 100 acres in Warwick Twp [Ref: Davis

located near the west ank of Little Conestoga, and his land extended on
both sides of the creek, and lay principally between the Lancaster and
Harrisburg and Lancaster and Marietta turnpikes. Also owned 151 acres where
the Lancaster and Columbia turnpike crosses the same stream [Ref: Ellis

in his will he left 200 acres to his second wife, Annaly, (which she could
later leave to one of her sons), 200 acres to son jacob and 300 acres near
Sebastian Royer to be split, 150 to his oldest son John and 150 acres to one
