Research Notes:
they resided in that section of Marlborough which became Westborough in 1717,
and in that part of it which was later set off as Northborough. His farm was
by the river. It included the twenty-four acres of Abraham Williams's
house-lot, purchased from Williams by [Increas's father] William Ward. He
operated a sawmill near the spot where later there were cotton factories.
