Research Notes:
loved camping, travelled all over in camper with vanity plate "DEVA". Once one of children got sick/hurt/? away from home, and was taken to emergency room of local hospital. service was lousy until someone noticed license plate and asked what it stood for. Don answered "Deputy Vice Admiral" and suddenly got great attention for daughter. [Ref: Harry Marshall 2/23/94]
