9 Jun 1324: granted John de Bosville of Tickhill 100 shillings of yearly rent from his manors of Adwick and Nunnington [Ref: John Watson SGM 10/13/2014-181412]

accused of murdering William de Bereford (probably not the chief justice of that name) and imprisoned in Tickhill castle. managed to break out of prison before Christmas 1324 [Ref: John Watson SGM 10/13/2014-181412]

5 Jan 1325: granted the manor of Adwick to John de Bosville of Tickhill, John his son, of Wadworth, Rochard Cock and his wife Agnes, and their heirs [Ref: John Watson SGM 10/13/2014-181412]

20 Feb 1325: pardoned for the murder of William de Bereford and breaking out of prison at Tickhill, on the condition that he went on the king's service to Gascony [Ref: John Watson SGM 10/13/2014-181412]
