lands held as tenant of de Lacy are evidently those held by his nephew Jorcan Foliot in 1225 [Ref: John Ravilious SGM 9/30/2003-102203]

possibly distinct from the Jorcan Foliot who attested a charter of Countess Lucy of Chester abt 1135 with his brothers Richard and Payn [Ref: John Ravilious SGM 9/30/2003-102203]
