This Indenture made this fourteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten between Thomas Hughes and John Prior, and Samuel Williams and Margaret his wife, and Adam Miller and Sarah his wife all of Greene County and State of Pennsylvania of the one part and Edward Burson of the same place of the other,
Witnesseth that the said Thomas Hughes and John Prier and Samuel Williams and Margaret his wife and Adam Miller and Sarah his wife, for an in consideration of the sum of four hundred and thirty two dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they the said Thomas Hughes, and John Prior and Samuel Williams and Margaret his wife and Adam Miller and Sarah his wife hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell part of a tract of land called Dispute situate in Greene County and Jefferson township and State of Pennsylvania patented unto the said Thomas Hughes being intrusted for the heirs of Nathan Prior and John Prior and Margaret Williams and Sarah Miller being heirs of the said Nathan Prior deceased, and dated the 21 day of October 1805.
Beginning at a white oak thence by land of Charity Iams South sixty eight degrees West thirty nine perches to a white oak, North fifty one degrees West thirty four perches and eleven tenths to a black oak, thence by land of James Rush North thirty five perches and five tenth to a post, thence by land of Christopher Cox North forty eight degrees and a half East one hundred and five perches and five tenths to a post by a white oak, thence by land of George Teegardner South thirty eight degrees and a half East fourteen perches to a post, thence by land of said Edward Burson South twenty four degrees East seventy three perches to a post, North eighty three degrees West fifty seven perches to a hickory, South forty three degrees West thirty four perches to a black oak, North twenty nine degrees and a half West five perches to the place of beginning, containing fifty nine acres and thirty six perches of land and the allowances of six per cent for roads etc,
Ans also all trees woods ways water-courses profits advantages and appurtenances whatsoever belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits of the said premises and every part thereof
To have and to hold the said fifty nine acres and thirty six perches of land and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Edward Burson his heirs and assigns to the only use and behoof of the said Edward Burson his heirs and assigns forever and the said Samuel Williams and Margaret his wife for themselves and their heirs the said pieces of fifty nine acres and thirty six perches of land and premises unto the said Edward Burson his heirs and assign shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents against all persons and claims whatsoever.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals the day and date above written. N.B. the names under the black lines done before signing.

April the 14 day 1810 then came Thomas Hughes and John Prior and Samuel Williams and Margaret his wife and Adam Miller and Sarah his wife personally before me the Subscriber one of the Commonwealth's Justices of the Peace in and for said County and acknowledged the above Deed of Conveyance to be their act and Deed for the use above mentioned and desires the same may be recorded as such, their wives being examined according to law.
