1224: Sheriff of Lincs was notified that Sir Ralph de Neville, the King's knight, was being sent to Jersey [Ref: CP IX p477]

1225/6: presented to Manton as guardian of his nephew Ralph, the heir of Robert de Neville [Ref: CP IX p477]
