1166: held two fees of Hugh Bigod earl of Norfolk, and one fee of Walter fitz Robert [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p972]

benefactor of Blythburgh priory, to which he gave land at Uggleshall and Redisham in the Bigod fee; these were held in 1086 by Robert de Courson [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p973]

one of his charters confirms grants of a rent in Staveton by Robert his brother and in Stoven by Emma de Courson (Curcun) his maternal aunt [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p973]
