Research Notes:
Maria Brubacher (b.1726, Ibersheim) was possibly the Brubacher girl who had a child out of wedlock at Ibersheim in 1742/43. On January 9,1743, the Reformed minister at Eich wrote the Mennonites at Ibersheim and asked them to bring her child to be baptized at Eich. They refused. [Ref: Davis Emigrants v2p98]

probably safe to assume that Maria married Abraham Hackman, and with no childlren of their own they "adopted" her brother Peter (born in 1738). Their brother Abraham emigrated in 1749 and brought Peter, then age 11, with them [Ref: Hoover BRUBAKER p27]

1763: taxed at Cocalico Twp, until 1783 [Ref: Davis Emigrants v2p98]

1766: owned land next to his step-father Abraham Hackman [Ref: Davis Emigrants v2p98]

c1789: left Cocalico Twp [Ref: Davis Emigrants v2p98]

1792: purchased 150 acres in Antrim Twp, Franklin Co, PA. At time he was of Hamilton Twp, Franklin Co [Ref: Davis Emigrants v2p98]
