May 11 1768: Petition of Christiana Liebenguth, Admrx, of Peter Liebenguth, of Douglass, Yeoman, deceased. That the said intestate lately died, leaving a widow (the petitioner) and 9 children, to wit: John, aged 18, jacob 17 years, Peter 13 years, Daniel 9 Years, Adam 2 years, Catharina (the wife of John Becker), Anna Maria of 20 years, Christina aged 15 years and Elizabeth of 7 years, and possessed of a messuage and tract of land in Douglas twp of 75 acres. Personal estate insufficient to pay debts, and prays for an order to sell real estate. Ordered [Ref: Burgert NorthernAlsace p342]

Dec 30 1771: Petition of John Levergood of Douglas Twp, eldest son of Peter Levergood, deceased. That his father died intestate about 4 years past, being seized of two plantations in said twp, one containing 200 acres the other containing 40 acres - that said intestate left a widow and 8 children, to wit: John (the petitioner), jacob, Peter, Daniel, Adam, Catharine (wife of John Baker), mary (wife of Henry Bitting), Christina (wife of William Mayberry), and Elizabeth. That Adam died soon after his father, in his minority, unmarried and without issue. Prays court to award an inquest to partition or value. So ordered [Ref: Burgert NorthernAlsace p342]
