In the Name of God Amen. I Michael Mosser of the Borough of Lancaster in the
County of Lancaster and State of Pennsylvania tanner being of sound and
disposing mind memory and understanding Do make and declare this my last will
and testament in Manner following, to wit, Imprimis it is my Will and I do
order and direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and satisfied
as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease Item I do give and
bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary So much and Such parts of my Household
Goods and Kitchen furniture as she may want or have occasion for during her
natural life. Item I do hereby authorize direct and impower my Executor herein
after named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease either by public
sale or vendue or by private contract, as to him shall seem proper or
expedient, to sell and dispose of all my Estate Real and personal and to Sign
Seal and as his Act and Deed to deliver any lawful or reasonable Deed or Deeds
Grants Conveyances and Assurances whatsoever for conveying and assuring the
fee Simple and inheritance of my Real Estate lands Tenements and Hereditaments
hereby ordered to be Sold with the appurtenances unto and to the use and
Behoof of the purchaser or purchasers thereof his her or their Heirs and
Assigns forever, And the monies arising from the sales thereof I do order and
direct my Executors hereinafter named to place out and Continue at interest or
otherwise to manage or improve the same for the use and benefit of my said
Wife Mary and to pay to her the Interest or Increase arising therefrom during
the term of her natural life. Item as I have in my lifetime paid advanced and
delivered unto my late son William Mosser in his lifetime Sundry sums and
Articles amounting in my Estimation to at least his full share or proportion
of and in my Estate I do therefore not consider myself under any obligation or
bound to leave any thing to or make any provision for his Children, Yet
nevertheless I do give and bequeath unto my Grandson Michael Mosser one of the
Children of my said Son William the Sum of one hundred pounds to be paid him
as soon as conveniently may be done after the decease of my said wife hereby
debarring and excluding all the other children of my said son of and from any
Share or Proportion of or in my Estate for the Reason before Stated. Item as
to all the rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate effects and property
whatsoever I do give devise and bequeath the same after the decease of my said
Wife unto my three Children to wit, John Mosser, Mary the wife of Michael
Barnitz and Catharine the Wife of Samuel White, Share and Share alike that is
to Say one equal third part thereof I do give devise and bequeath unto my said
son John Mosser his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever, One
other equal third part thereof I do give devise and bequeath unto my said
daughter Mary the wife of Michael Barnitz her heirs executors Administrators
and Assigns forever, And the other equal third part thereof I do give devise
and bequeath unto my said daughter Catharine the Wife of Samuel White her
Heirs Executors Administrators Assigns forever. Respect being had to the Sums
and Articles which they my said Children have previously had and Received from
me in my lifetime, And to the charges which I have entered or made against
them respectively for the same. And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and
appoint my son in law the said Samuel White sole executor of this my last Will
and Testament Hereby revoking all former and other Will or Wills testament and
Testaments by me made and declaring this and no other to be and contain my
last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal the third day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and thirteen. Michael Mosser.
Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by the Testator Michael
Mosser as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in
his presence and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses

Lancaster County SS On the 5th Day of July 1814 Before me the Subscriber
personally appeared Christian Snyder Frederick Roemle and George martin who
being duly Sworn according to law did depose and Say that they were present
and Saw and heard Michael Mosser the Testator Sign Seal publish pronounce and
declare the foregoing Writing as and for his Last Will and Testament and that
at the doing thereof he was of Sound and well disposing Mind Memory and
Understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief. William
Baussman, Regr.
Be it Remembered that the 5th day of July 1814 The last Will and Testament
of Michael Mosser deceased was proved in due form of Law and Letters
Testamentary therein were granted to Samuel White the Executor therein named,
He being first duly sworn well and truly to Administer the Estate of the said
deceased, especially to exhibit a true and perfect Inventory thereof into the
Registers office at Lancaster within one Month from this date, and to render a
true and Just Account of their Executorship on said Estate in one year or when
thereto lawfully required. Given under the Seal of Said Office by me, William
