estate was divided between his brothers and sisters, so probably never married. Administration granted to his father Henry and brother Richard [Ref: Morrison KIMBALL p36]

at time of father's death, estate was still unsettled, and Richard was directed to divide it among the twelve children of Henry (Savage wrongly gives the Caleb that was killed at Bloody Brook as the son of Richard; above note shows that it was Caleb, the son of Henry, who was killed) [Ref: Morrison KIMBALL p36]
