Victor Wilson De Long, secretary and associate partner of the firm of T. De Long Furniture Company, was born and reared at Topton. From the borough schools he entered the Keystone State Normal School, at Kutztown, and afterward attended Schissler's Business College at Norristown. He married Laura Fisher. He is a member of Camp No. 172, P. O. S. of A., and Huguenot Lodge, No. 377, F. & A. M., Kutztown. He belongs to the Reformed Church. [Ref: Montgomery BerksCoPA p405]
